RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your VelvetSteam. If you don't, we'll make it right.
30-DAY GUARANTEE
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. If the product
isn't right for you, email us and we'll take care of it.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email support@shopvelvetsteam.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
We reply within 24 hours on business days.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your steamer arrives damaged or stops working within the guarantee period,
send us a photo or short video of the problem. We will send a free replacement
or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to ship the item back.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you simply changed your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The
item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will provide return
instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within
5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to display the funds.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, as long as
they have not yet shipped. Email us as soon as possible.
