SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation
email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery to the United States: 3-8 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather,
or customs processing.

SHIPPING COST
Free shipping on all orders to the United States.

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you within 2-3 business days of ordering.
Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show its first update. This is normal.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
We cover all import duties and taxes. The price you pay at checkout is the
final price — there is nothing to pay on delivery.

WHERE WE SHIP FROM
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. We currently
ship to the United States only.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a
package once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an
incorrect address, we will reship it at your cost or issue a refund minus
shipping.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived 20 business days after shipping, email us at
support@shopvelvetsteam.com and we will investigate, replace or refund it.
